- 2 pieces brioche, ciabatta, or French bread
- 6 pieces cooked bacon
- 2 pieces green lettuce
- 2 slices red onion
- 2 slice avocado
- ½ c. caramelized onions
- Mayo or mustard as a spread
Instructions
- The directions are simple. Toast both pieces of the bread using a small sauté pan. Warm up the sauté pan and place the bread in the pan one at a time and lightly toasting on both sides. Once the bread is toasted, layer your sandwich as follows: bread, caramelized onions, bacon, avocado, lettuce, onion, tomato, and spread with your favorite mayo or sandwich spread. That’s it!
