Imagine a chocolate truffle, wrapped in a layer of brownie, covered in more chocolate. What a wonderful triple chocolate truffle it would be!

If I only had one way to eat truffles for the rest of my life, this would be it. I mean, how can you deny a chocolate truffle wrapped a layer of brownie, and coated in more chocolate? Sounds ridiculous, right? I am not sure how I came up with this idea. I am sure it came from me wanting a truffle and chocolate at the same time. This is such a great chocolate recipe that is great for Valentine’s Day, baby showers, or bridal showers. Not to mention they are super easy to make. How to make Brownie Chocolate Triffle
Okay, so you basically bake a box of brownies and let them cool. Take a chocolate truffle of your preference and take it out of the wrapper. Then, you’re going to take a heaping pinch full of the brownie and flatten it with your finger. Be sure your hands are wet because it’s going to make this entire process easier. Put the truffle in the middle of the flattened brownie piece and wrap the brownie around the truffle being sure to pinch and bring the brownie together all around. Roll the truffle in the middle of your hands to make for a nice round truffle and set aside. Finally, roll the truffle in chocolate coating and let it set on parchment paper. That’s it! Okay, so this post is for my fellas out there. I am going to try to convince you to want to make these Brownie Chocolate Truffles. First, let’s talk about the uncomfortable…Valentine’s Day. Yea it is coming up. Now I know some of you purposely pull off an argument or even break up with your girlfriend just so you can avoid this “Day of Love”. If you don’t do either of these things, you either forget or just don’t get as excited as most women in the world around this time ( I get excited because my birthday and Valentine’s Day are 4 days apart so that means double the gifts…EEK!). I get it. It’s a day where you are suppose to be romantic and you don’t understand why women get so excited about this day.
Romance is uncomfortable for most of you, and that I get. But I want to offer you a new way of looking at romance and it all starts with this first statement that I am getting ready to say, YOU’RE THINKING TOO MUCH ABOUT IT! I mean men really, I know us gals can be a bit emotional and irrational at times, but when it comes to romance and making us feel loved, it is the easies thing in the world. You just have to stop thinking less logical, and more emotional.

You see, with women it is always the thought that counts. If you cook something and it does not come out great, we are still going to love you for it because you tried! That is the whole point. Sure you can always throw money at Valentine’s Day or our Birthdays but try to do something that your lady would never expect, like making these Brownie Chocolate Truffles.

I’ll tell you a secret, women find it very sexy when men cook. Furthermore, bake! Oh yes, it is a turn on, for me, to see a man in an apron in the kitchen mixing cake batter. Mmmmm…. give me a moment…..okay I’m back! I don’t care if you make something out of a damn box, baking is going to get you so many panty cool points you won’t know what to do with them all. Now, I am a “City Girl Making Cooking Look Sexy”, right? Well trust your girl and believe me when I say making these are definitely sexy!
