Try this Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork this summer for an easy meal that the whole family will love. Just add your favorite BBQ sauce and you have a winner!

- 3 ½ lb. pork shoulder
- 1 large onion
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- ½ tbsp. Seasoned salt
- 1 tbsp. Cracker pepper
- 1 1/s tsp. Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- 1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp. Liquid smoke
Instructions
- Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker. Add the Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Cut the onion into crescent moon thin slices and place in the slow cooker around the pork shoulder. Turn the slow cooker on low and cook overnight or for, at least, 8 hours.
- Remove the pork shoulder from the slow cooker and shred using two forks. Return the pork back to the slow cooker and stir in order to coat with the juices and onions. Serve with your choice of BBQ Sauce on Potato Buns.
