Description

If you are looking for an easy no-bake candy recipe or a gift-giving option, these toffee peanut clusters are perfect! Made with rich chocolate, crunchy peanuts, and buttery toffee, you’ll make these peanut toffee candy clusters every chance you get!

Ingredients

Scale

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. salted peanut
1/2 c. toffee chips
24 oz. chocolate candy coating

Instructions

  1. In a medium shallow bowl, pour in the chocolate chips and melt in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into a larger bowl, add the peanuts and toffee in the melted chocolate and stir until well mixed.
  3. On a silicone mat or wax paper, take a spoonful of the chocolate and peanut mixture and place on the wax paper or silicone mat until all used. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes until set.
  4. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate candy coating and take each cluster, and dip inside the melted chocolate with a fork. Shake off excess chocolate and turn back to wax paper or a silicone mat. You can sprinkle extra toffee on top if you want or leave plain. Place back in the fridge for another 15 minutes to let set and serve or place in an air-tight container.

Notes

These can keep in an airtight container for up to one month.
