Description

Beat the heat with Snickers Ice Cream Cake! A delightful treat with layers of pound cake, ice cream, hot fudge, and Snickers bliss. Customize and enjoy!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1lb. Loaf Pound Cake
  • 1 pint. Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 pint Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 1 pint Caramel Ice cream
  • 2 tbsp. hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp. caramel sauce
  • 1/4 c. chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 c. Snickers, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. Chocolate Shell syrup
  • 1/2 c. Health Toffee Bits

Instructions

  1. Take the pints of chocolate, caramel, and vanilla ice cream out of the freezer and let them sit for about 5 minutes to become slightly soft and spreadable.
  2. Slice the pound cake into three lengthwise slices. Place one of the slices back into the foil pan.
  3. Spread 2 tbsp of hot fudge sauce and half of the melted creamy peanut butter evenly over the pound cake slice. Next, layer approximately 1 ½ cups of chocolate ice cream on top (you can adjust the amount based on your preference). Sprinkle generously with chopped Snickers.
  4. Place the second-pound cake slice on top of the chocolate ice cream layer. Drizzle 2 tbsp. of caramel sauce over the cake and the other half of the creamy peanut butter, and then sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Now, spread an equal amount of caramel ice cream on top.
  5. Add the last-pound cake slice on top of the caramel ice cream. Create a slightly thinner layer of vanilla ice cream and spread it evenly over the cake.
  6. Bend the edges of the foil pan to create a well-like shape, preventing the chocolate shell syrup from spilling. Pour the chocolate shell syrup all over the cake, covering it entirely. Quickly sprinkle Heath toffee bits over the syrup.
  7. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until it is firm. Once frozen, slice the Snickers Ice Cream Layer Cake as desired, and enjoy.

Notes

Note: You can cover the cake with whipped topping such as Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped snickers bars and peanuts.
