Description
This Bourbon Brown Sugar Latte is made with a mixture of Bourbon, brown sugar, and cinnamon. This makes a wonderful latte perfect for any time of the day.

FOR THE SYRUP
- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 2 c. Bourbon/ Whiskey
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
FOR THE LATTE
- 2 shots of Espresso
- 1/2 c. milk, foamed
- Garnish: Dash of Cincinnamon
Instructions
- Add the Bourbon, light brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks to the pot in a medium saucepan. Place on medium heat and bring to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, and remove from heat to completely cool. The syrup will thicken.
- Prepare the espresso using your coffee or manufacturer’s appliance instructions. Add the milk to your frother and froth according to your appliance instructions.
- Pour the espresso into a coffee mug. Add about a tablespoon and a half of the brown sugar bourbon syrup to the latte, and add the frothed warm milk to the espresso and stir. Top with additional foam and a sprinkle of cinnamon, and serve.
