Description

This Cast Iron-Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie requires only 4 ingredients, which means you can have this dessert in less than 30 minutes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 c. milk chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  2. In a large bowl, pour the yellow cake mix, add the melted butter, 2 eggs, and chocolate chips. Stir with a mixing spoon until well blended.
  3. Spray two 8 inch cast iron skillets with non-stick spray and divide the batter in half into the skillets. Use a rubber spatula to flatten the dough in the skillets. Bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool slightly. Top off with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge sauce.
