  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 12 oz. broccoli cuts
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb. Gnocchi

  • 1 c. provolone, shredded cheese
  • 1 c. white cheddar cheese, shredded cheese
  • 1 c. Parmesan-Reggiano cheese, shredded cheese
  • Parsely, chopped (garnish)

  1. In a medium saute pan on medium heat, heat the olive oil. Season the chicken tenders on both sides with salt and pepper. Cook on both sides for 3-5 minutes. Once finished, remove from heat and place on a cutting board. Roughly chop the chicken into pieces and set aside.
  2. In a shallow medium-large saute pan, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Be sure not to burn the garlic. Add the heavy cream and allow to come to a slight simmer. Once the cream is steaming, add the cheeses and whisk until the cream and cheese has combined and become one sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook for 7-10 minutes. Drain the gnocchi. Add the gnocchi, chicken, and broccoli to the cream sauce and mix until well mixed. Cover with lid and allow to simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Serve in a pasta dish and top with additional Parmesan Reggiano cheese and chopped parsley.
