- 8 Bone-In Chicken Thighs
- 1/2 tbsp. Sea Salt
- 1/2 tbsp. Black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp. Baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp. Seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
- 3 tbsp. Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 415 Degrees. Line a long baking sheet (9X13) with aluminum foil, place a cool rack on top of the pan, and set aside.
- Add the chicken thighs to a large mixing bowl. Season with sea salt, black pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire Sauce, and olive oil. Use your hands to mix the seasonings into the chicken until evenly coated. Add more seasoning as desired.
- Add the flour, baking powder, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to a shallow bowl and whisk together. Dredge the chicken thighs through the flour skin side and completely shake off excess flour. Place the chicken thighs on the rack and be sure to separate about 1 ½ inches apart.
- Take a cooking brush and brush the olive oil onto the chicken thighs, skin side up. Be sure to moisten the skin to avoid dry patches of flour on the skin. Sprinkle the chicken with a little more seasoned salt, if desired.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy and the internal temperature reached 165 degrees. Remove from the oven and allow to cool and drizzle with honey. Serve as desired.
