Description
These Easy Ribeye Beef Fajitas are made with Simply Organic Simmering Sauces! These fajitas have so much flavor from the Ribeye and the freshness from the sauce.

- 1 ½ lb. Ribeye Steak
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Pepper
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil, divided
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 Green pepper, sliced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 Yellow Onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
- 8 oz. Simply Organic Fajita Simmering Sauce
- Flour Tortillas
- Queso Crumbled Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Guacamole
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Season the Ribeye steak strips with the salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a large skillet on medium high heat and add 1 tbsp. olive oil. Add the steak to the hot skillet and sear on both sides for 3-5 minutes. Add the 2 tbsp butter and place in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
- In a separate pan, add 1 tbsp. Olive oil and the sliced peppers and onions. Saute and cook for 5-7 minutes until veggies are soft. Slice the Ribeye into thin fajita style strips and add to the pan with the onions and peppers. Toss until well combined. Pour in the Simply Organic Fajita Simmering Sauce and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve fajitas on flour tortillas with desired toppings such as crumbled queso cheese, cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole.
