- 1 box Lemon Cake Mix
- 3 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 lb. Cherry Pie Filling
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Spray a 9X13 casserole dish with non stick spray
- In a large bowl, add the dry cake mix and add the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and butter. Use a pastry cutter or fork to work with cream cheese and butter into the dry cake mix. Continue to work into the cake mix until the mix forms into large crumbs and the mixture is no longer dry.
- Pour the filling into the casserole dish and sprinkle the cake mix evenly on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cake mix is golden. Allow to cool and serve.
