  • Strawberry Brownie Recipe

  • 1 stick butter, unsalted
  • 12 oz. bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs

  • 1 stick butter, unsalted
  • 10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c.flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees and line the bottom of a 9X13 rectangular casserole dish with parchment paper and spray or grease the side of the dish with butter and set aside. Also, place a rack in the middle of the oven.
  2. In a medium bowl, empty the contents of the strawberry cake and mix with the eggs and oil. Mix well and spread at the bottom of the rectangular dish. Use the back of a spoon to spread the strawberry brownie batter evenly. Be patient because it is thick. Set aside once the batter is spread evenly.
  3. Next for the vanilla brownie recipe, melt the stick of butter in a sauce pan on low heat. Once the butter is melted. Add the white chocolate chips and stir with a rubber spatula until the white chocolate has melted. Pour the melted white chocolate into a clean medium bowl and add the flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs and mix until well blended. Spread the vanilla brownie mixture on top of the strawberry batter and set aside.
  4. Finally, make the chocolate brownie batter by melting a stick of butter in a clean medium sauce pan on low to medium heat. Once the butter has melted, pour in the chocolate chips and stir until the chocolate melts and is smooth and set aside. In a separate bowl, add the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, flour and salt. Finally pour in the melted chocolate and mix until well mixed and smooth. Pour on top of the vanilla brownie batter and place on the middle rack in the oven and back for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
