Description

Simple Pork Banh Mi Burritos is made with lean pork, pickled carrots, radishes, fresh cilantro, and cooked rice. This burrito is perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Pork Tenderloin Chops
  • ½ c. Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • ¼ tsp. Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. Ginger paste (finely grated ginger will do as well)
  • 2 c. cooked rice (your choice in flavor)
  • 4 large Tortilla wraps
  • 2 bunches of cilantro
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 c shredded carrots
  • 4 radishes
  • 1 c. white wine vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp. Whole peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp. butter
