Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Kicking the Chocolate Chip Cookie up a notch.


  • 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chunks chips
  • 1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. macadamia nuts


  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  2. In a large bowl using an electric mixer, blend together the butter and both sugars until they are both well incorporated. Add the egg and the vanilla extract and blend. Begin to add the cornstarch, baking soda, salt and flour and blend together until it becomes a dough. Using a wooden spoon, stir in all the chocolate chips (chocolate chunk, milk chocolate, white chocolate) and macadamia nuts and stir until well mixed into the dough. Using a sprayed baking sheet, begin to add dollops of cookie dough ( about 2 tablespoons) on the baking sheet spacing about a 1/2 inch apart. Bake for 10 minutes and turn to cooling rack to allow to cool.
