Description

Healthy and refreshing. Perfect for a warm summer day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 c. watermelon, hulled and chopped
  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and halves
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into fourths
  • 1 stevia packet
  • 1/4 c. water (just enough to cover the blade to blend the fruit)
  • 2 c. ice

Instructions

  1. Using a blender, place the watermelon inside and begin to pulse. If your blender doesn’t begin to puree the watermelon, then you may need to add a little water to get things going, but you shouldn’t need more than a 1/4 cup.
  2. Once the watermelon has been pureed, add the strawberries and puree for about 30 seconds. Now, add the kiwi, stevia, and ice and blend until the ice has been blended well. Garnish with extra strawberry and kiwi slices along with fresh mint.
  3. Enjoy!
