- 1 1/2 lb. Flank Steak, thinly sliced (Substitute: Ground beef, chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
- 1 cup Korean BBQ Sauce
- 4 tbsp. Sesame Oil, divided (Substitute: olive oil)
- 1 lb. Stir Fry Veggies (frozen or fresh) (Substitute: Your choice of veggies such as red bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, or snap peas)
- 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Beef Ramen Flavoring (or beef bouillon)
- 1 tsp. Fresh Ginger, minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles
- Garnish: Chopped Green Onions, Sesame Seeds, wonton strips
Instructions
- Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the sliced steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
- Pour Korean BBQ sauce over the steak, allowing it to caramelize for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In another skillet, heat the remaining sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add stir fry veggies and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an extra 2-3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together beef ramen flavoring, minced ginger, and soy sauce. Add this mixture to the skillet with veggies, then toss in cooked noodles until evenly combined.
- Serve stir fry noodles topped with sliced beef, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
