Description

Learn how to make Beef Ramen Stir-Fry. The recipe will show you how to make a delicious dinner for a family of four.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 lb. Flank Steak, thinly sliced (Substitute: Ground beef, chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
  • 1 cup Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 4 tbsp. Sesame Oil, divided (Substitute: olive oil)
  • 1 lb. Stir Fry Veggies (frozen or fresh) (Substitute: Your choice of veggies such as red bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, or snap peas)
  • 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Beef Ramen Flavoring (or beef bouillon)
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles
  • Garnish: Chopped Green Onions, Sesame Seeds, wonton strips

Instructions

  1. Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the sliced steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
  2. Pour Korean BBQ sauce over the steak, allowing it to caramelize for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In another skillet, heat the remaining sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add stir fry veggies and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an extra 2-3 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together beef ramen flavoring, minced ginger, and soy sauce. Add this mixture to the skillet with veggies, then toss in cooked noodles until evenly combined.
  6. Serve stir fry noodles topped with sliced beef, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
