Description

These brie and fig jam bites are the perfect easy appetizer! Creamy brie cheese, sweet fig jam, and crispy bacon nestled in phyllo tart shells. Ready in 20 minutes and perfect for any party or gathering. A crowd-pleasing brie and fig appetizer everyone loves!


Ingredients

  • 15 Phyllo Tarts
  • 8 oz. Brie Cheese
  • 1/4 c. fig spread
  • 1/4 c. bacon crumbles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the phyllo tarts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Using a teaspoon, fill each tart with brie cheese.
  4. Add about ½ teaspoon of fig spread (or sweet fig jam) to each tart.
  5. Sprinkle a little bacon on top of each tart.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the tarts cool for a few minutes before serving.
