Description

Irresistible Fig and Bacon-Baked Brie Bites are the perfect appetizers for your New Year’s Eve party! Baked brie, salty bacon, and sweet fig jam come together in a crispy phyllo shell for an explosion of flavor


Ingredients

  • 15 Phyllo Tarts
  • 8 oz. Brie Cheese
  • 1/4 c. fig spread
  • 1/4 c. bacon crumbles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the phyllo tarts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Using a teaspoon, fill each tart with brie cheese.
  4. Add about ½ teaspoon of fig spread (or sweet fig jam) to each tart.
  5. Sprinkle a little bacon on top of each tart.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the tarts cool for a few minutes before serving.
