Description

Take your potatoes to another level and put them on the grill! Make this Garlic and Rosemary Grilled Potatoes and you will want to make them over and over again.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb. red or yellow potatoes, cut in half
  • 4 tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. Better Than Bouillon Garlic Base
  • 2 tsp. Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Herb de Provence seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and add about 1 tablespoon salt and bring to a simmer. Add potatoes and cook just until fork-tender, about 25-30 minutes. Once cooked, drain the water and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, add the butter and Better Than Bouillon garlic paste and mix together. In a large bowl, add the potatoes, Herb de Provence, and melted butter and toss. Turn to an outdoor grilling pan and cook for 25-30 minutes.
