- 1 Box of Brownie Mix ( I used Pillsbury Chewy Fudge)
- ⅔ c. vegetable oil
- ¼ c. water
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ c. toffee pieces
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line a 10X15 inch baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray any exposed inner edges with baking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix and its contents (water, oil, and eggs) in bowl until smooth.
- Spread evenly in the baking pan as thin as possible. Sprinkle with toffee pieces or desired toppings (chocolate chips, peppermint pieces, or salted caramel). Bake in the middle of the oven in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven but leave the pan in the oven until the oven is completely cooled. Then cut into pieces or squares. Place in airtight container for up to two weeks.
