You guys know I love a good burger!
You want to know why I will never be as skinny as I once was in my younger years? It is because my favorite food are burgers. It doesn’t matter what kind of burger it is. It could be a turkey burger, veggie burger, chicken burger, or whatever! I love them all. However, a burger isn’t a burger if it isn’t a beef burger. Not just any beef burger, a good beef burger. The type of beef that I am referring to is the beef that has been carefully nurtured and doesn’t contain harmful additives and preservatives. The one and only beef brand that I am referring to is Laura’s Lean Beef.
Laura and I have something in common. We both love beef and believe in the quality care of our food. If there is one thing that I have learned over the past few years is that you have to be careful and research the source of where you buy your food and what is in it. What I appreciate about Laura’s Lean Beef is that there are no added hormones or antibiotics to the cattle. Basically, the cows are allowed to live their lives happy and naturally, which makes our food happy and healthier. I have used Laura’s Lean Beef for the past 3 years and I love it. I don’t feel heavy or bloated after I eat the meat. In fact, I feel lite and full of energy. I know these burgers are giving you instant energy to want to make, right?
Let’s talk about these burger for a second, shall we? I love, love burgers. Oh wait, I said that already. I wanted to make a burger that would make you want to write a grocery list of the ingredients for this burger and make immediately. I seasoned the burger meat with some of your most basic seasonings, topped it off with Swiss cheese and Asian Cole Slaw. The star of the burger is the sauce. It is so simple and packs so much flavor that it is ridiculous. It is sweet with a nice spicy kick and full of Asian inspired flavors from the ginger, soy sauce, and Anise. I am promise, you will love the recipe.
