Now that we know how tired I am, let me tell you what has helped.
With my new job, I have the opportunity to work from home and go to the office. I have worked from home for nearly 3 years now and it is somewhat of an adjustment to get up early, bathe, groom myself, and still try to eat breakfast. Everything seems to come easy except for the breakfast part. That I need to become a little proactive. I have eaten cereal but if there is anything I know about me, that is going to get old real quick. Not only that, there is hardly any nutrients in the morning. Getting more nutrients and vitamins in my diet is a goal of mine. Especially considering that this girl does not like vegetables, not a huge fan of grains, and forgets to take her vitamins everyday. Well, this little bender has really helped me with that.
I created a smoothie with spinach, Greek Yogurt, grapes, and kiwi. Talk about vitamins and nutrients. There is plenty of it in this smoothie. Not only that, I can add a scoop of protein powder to my shake as well. On so many levels this is so much better than cereal. You can get as creative as you want. Just add your fruits and veggies, 1/2 cup of Stonyfield Greek Yogurt, pulse, and you have breakfast in a cup that you can actually take with you. See…
I got about 10 ounces of smoothie with my recipe, which is perfect! In this Green Smoothie recipe, you can’t taste the spinach and it is so sweet and tart. I know it may not look appealing but the taste is amaze-balls! To show you, I want to give someone the opportunity to change their breakfast regimen by giving them a Hamilton Beach Mini Blender.
