Stonyfield Yogurt!
You guys have heard my ranting about how this year has been hectic between me planning my wedding and starting a new job. I won’t bore you with those details anymore. Now that the wedding is over and I am starting to get the hang of this job, I am starting to feel myself slip into the old Nicole, which is not a bad thing in this context. I mean if you planned a wedding before, you know how annoying, fun, and time consuming planning such an event can be. I mean…GOSH DAMN! Let’s just say the plan is to never go through that experience again. As far as the new job, it is a brand new position so there is no template so I am creating the position as I go. On one hand, it’s awesome but on the other hand it’s really demanding because everything falls on me and I am freestyling as I go. Not to mention it is a salary position so we know how that can go. Even when you’re off you’re not always off. Needless to say, I have been a bit distracted this year. Now, that things are settling in, I only have one more major move that will be taking place this week and that is moving into a town home with my new hubby! This is our first place that we both picked out together and buying things together, which is exciting. But moving can take a lot out of you. Therefore, this moment that I am living right now, is pure delight. It’s just me, my cozy sweater from PrAna, and Oh My Yog Yogurt from Stonyfield.
Let me start off by talking about this cozy sweater you see me wearing in this picture. It is incredibly warm and oh-so-fashion-forward. This sweater is by a company called PraNa. PraNa creates clothing that is sustainable and versatile no matter the occasion or adventure you take on. Although the sweater you see me wearing is perfect for the cold weather, I can wear this sweater during a walk in the spring or during a cool summer night. The clothing made by this company is made for people who participate in various activities from yoga, hiking, and world travelers. They forgot to also mention moving. The material that is made of their pieces are made from organic cotton and recycled wool. In addition, PraNa is official Fair Trade Certified, which mean the workers who collect the materials for these pieces work in safe conditions and have high earning and women are equally paid. For those reasons alone, it is pretty hard to not love this company, right?
Another thing that is hard not to love is Oh My Yog yogurt from Stonyfield. Let me tell you something right now, I know that we often are indirectly pressured to think that yogurt is an equal alternative to a cookie. We both know that is not the truth. Hooooowever, this yogurt is so creamy, sweet, and full of flavor, which has a lot to do with its 3 layers of flavor. That is not a pick up line or a line that bloggers used when they do sponsored posts, I am really serious. It is seriously awesome. I am even thinking about freezing it and seeing how it taste as frozen yogurt. Ohhhhh…I have to make sure I tell you about that one. Here are the flavors:
- Madagascar Vanilla Bean
- Pacific Coast Strawberry
- Orange Cranberry
- Apple Cinnamon
- Gingered Pear
- Quebec Blueberry
My favorite is the Madagascar Vanilla Bean. I mean goodness, it tastes like almost unthawed vanilla bean ice cream. Any of these flavors are lovable and absolutely sinful.
So, after you conquer your next adventure be it climbing Mount Everest, walking the Great Wall of China, or doing yoga in Napal be sure to end your adventure with yogurt from Stonyfield that will have you screaming Oh My Yog!
