I am a Vodka Chic and Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka is, by far, my favorite type of Vodka.
Funny story, about 3 years ago, I went out to have some drinks with some co-workers to celebrate the promotion of my, then, manager. I didn’t anticipate on drinking. Heck , in fact, I didn’t plan on drinking at all, but it was very easy to do when I had my first Sweet Tea Vodka on ice. I rarely drink, but when I do, I don’t do well with straight liquor. It is way too strong and I don’t enjoy the taste. However, the Sweet Tea Vodka didn’t taste like Vodka at all. It really did taste like Sweet Ice Tea! I was impressed. I was so impressed that I had 4 Sweet Tea Vodka Cocktails and 3 drinks called “Mind Erasers” (don’t ask because I don’t remember).
After my 3rd cocktail, you can say that I was a little loose and feeling very, very nice. So nice that I admitted that I had a crush on one of the trainers that we worked with, how certain male body parts needs to be of substantial size to give a woman sensual pleasure, and screamed, “MAKE IT ROLL BIG DADDY!” to the trainer that I openly admitted I had a crush on at the time as he was demonstrating how he dances in the club. Man, that was a very fun night for me.
Since that time, I have declared Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka as my favorite type of Vodka. We are in a major heat wave right now and I know that one of the most “go-to” refreshing and cooling beverages are lemonade and sweet tea. I joined the two to make a spiked Arnold Palmer, if you will. I know the recipe calls for a bit of vodka, but trust me it’s already sweetened to perfection and you will hardly be able to tell that vodka is in the drink. For more refreshment, add some mint leaves. Enjoy this cocktail with a group of people who you trust and won’t make fun of you if you start dancing on tables, go streaking, or flirt with the bartender ( I only did one of those things I will never tell you which one J).
