I love easy meals that takes only 30 minutes. Don’t you?
My hat goes off to the peeps out there that have full time life style schedules where they work full time, take care of their kids, are in school full time, or are serving our country in any capacity and still find time to cook well-balanced meals every day. How the heck do you guys do that? I mean, I work from home, have no children, only have to feed my man and I and I still struggle. For instance, I swear if I make bacon and eggs one more time for breakfast I am going to scream. Or if I make baked chicken, broccoli, and brown rice for dinner again I think I just might snap. It gets rough to come up with three different meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) all the time. My solution, big pans of Ziti that will satisfy anyone for a fulfilling dinner meal and leftovers.
Let me tell you, this Chicken Alfredo Broccoli Baked Ziti makes perfect left overs. Depending on your household size, you will have left overs for a couple days. Heck that beats making a boring turkey sandwich for lunch or baked chicken for dinner. You just have to be careful because this dish is very addicting. I must have had two platefuls and the next day I had two more! This is perfect especially when you are tired and don’t feel like cooking anything or slaving in your kitchen for hours.
I got to tell you, when you are tired and don’t really feel like standing in the kitchen for hours upon hours, this recipe is going to save the day! It tastes almost like you have been standing in the kitchen for hours, but you really been in there for only 30 minutes. The best thing about this ziti is that it tastes really amazing! Serve with Pillsbury French Bread and a side salad for a complete meal. I know you will enjoy it.
