Doesn’t this drink make you want to get naked and lay beside the pool?
“SUMMER, SUMMER, SUMMER TIME!” When I look at this picture that is what comes to mind for me. People drinking bellini’s, sun tan lotion, bikinis, and splashes made by the pool. Are you getting my drift? Are you getting in the mood for having a pool party and make these drinks for your guests? You should. I know if I had a pool, that is what I would like to do. Pull out the grill and grill up some dogs and burgers, have everyone bring a side dish, and serve these Mango Peach Bellini’s to keep everyone cool. I know I am giving someone out there in the blogosphere an idea.
Listen to me going on and on about how to through a summer bash when I haven’t gotten to the best part! These bellini’s are made with fresh fruit and are made with only 4 ingredients! Ya’ll know I am the queen of cheap and easy meals. I make food the people can whip up in a jiffy and it still tastes fresh and awesome. I made these this past weekend I am was in love. You can really taste the freshness of the mangoes and the peaches. The key is that you have to get fresh, sweet, and perfectly ripe peaches. I’m talking about those peaches that as soon as you bite into them they taste like candy and the juice runs down your chin. Those are the type of peaches you want right there honey! The same goes for mangoes. You need a perfectly greenish and reddish mango that is soft to the touch and gorgeously sweet to the taste. Don’t use fruit that has not ripen because your bellini wont taste as sweet or fresh as could and should. Here is another added perk for you guys out there that is trying to keep up your swimsuit figure….I made these…with no added sugar! Nope, just the pure natural sweetness of the fruit. Just awesome! Now you can add some Stevia if you want to and that will be fine. Yep, just the fruit, some ice cubes, and Mango Peach sparkling water made by Cascade. You can buy them for like $1 at your local grocery store. Not expensive…..AT ALL! So go buy you some fruit, freeze some ice, and buy you some cascade and make these over the weekend. Okay, you don’t have to have a party. But just chill outside on the deck by yourself or with your boo!
