Originally, I am from Dayton, OH. However, Cincinnati, OH has been a home to me for over 10 years now. I moved to Cincy in 2001 as a freshman at the University of Cincinnati. For a little over a year, I was in Atlanta, but I came back to my second home in 2008, Cincinnati, OH and I have been here since.
From 2001 to 2006, I considered Cincinnati a city where I went to school. I really didn’t consider it home. But when I moved back in 2008 I decided that I was going to finally learn about the city that I have already live in for 5 years. Meaning, I had to get out of my comfort zone. I must say, I love Cincinnati! It is a thriving city with so many things going on. I don’t know if it is a place where I will “settle” but I am happy with my choice right now. Here are some random pictures taken around the city that captures some of the beautiful scenery that you may see if you’re in Queen City!
I love seeing kids just be kids. Which is probably why this is one of my favorite picture. This picture was taken at Washington Park when the kids were doing what they do best, being themselves.
Yes. So hot pink is my favorite color. But I don’t have a lot of stuff in pink. It is my favorite color because I love to look at it, but not because I am a girly girl.
It is a gorgeous sound when you hear cars driving across this bridge. I like to call it the “Melody of the City”.
