IT’S TAILGATE SEASON SUGAR BABIES AND THAT MEANS NACHOS!!!!!!!!!
Starting with this Steak and Beer Cheese Nacho Recipe!
Most of you know that I am a huge tailgater. I do it every year here in Cincinnati with my friends and family. It is absolutely one of the events I look forward to all year. Now most people like tailgating because there is this sport called football that people actually pay attention and watch. In my mind, how could someone pay attention to anything but the food that is looking you right in your face? Who could resist wings, potato skins, nachos, and beer?! If you could, why would you? I think that is the best kind of food. It’s just about better than Thanksgiving if you ask me. One appetizer that I have grown to love is beer cheese. I don’t necessarily love beer but I do love beer cheese. It’s all about flavor. With the right cheese and the right beer you could really have an amazing dish just like this Steak Nachos Recipe.
I wanted to make something that you guys could make quick, very easy, and something that people could serve for themselves. You know, I’m trying to make it easier for you so you don’t have all of preparation and clean up. We know that once your guests get into their football game, you can forget about getting help to clean up. One thing I have learned growing up and being with my husband, once football fans get into their game and start cheering for their team, nothing else seems to matter. With these Steak and Beer Cheese Tailgate Nacho Recipe they are going to be happy! The flavor of the cheese combined with the rest of the elements of this nacho dish is sure to keep your tailgate guests looking forward to football year after year. Just ask my husband.
