I love me some cookies! Cookies are one of those things that I just can’t have one of. I must have two, three, and then the next thing you know is that I ate ten. Last week I had some type of cookie that happen to have macadamia nuts in them and the first thing I thought was, “Oh hey! I remember this flavor!” It has been such a long time since I had a macadamia nut cookie. I love the nutty flavor of the macadamia nut. Its flavorful; its subtle, and it goes very well with a chocolate cookie. So I thought “Why not mix a bunch of chocolate with a bunch of nuts and see what you get?” And that is what I did, as you can see. I really think these are the best cookies that I have ever created. They are really perfect! I think what makes them so good is the macadamia nut that is them. I really can’t describe it to you. You are just going to have to make them and see for yourself.
