Don’t you just love cheese?!
I love cheese even when it doesn’t love me. But the gaseous rumbling and nausea doesn’t stop me. No sir not one bit. That could be because of the traces of morphine that can be found in cheese. Oh yea, its true look it up. Does that make me a “Cheese-Morph Head”? OH well if it does. I am a proud addict and absolutely refuse any treatment.

Anyway, I love me some cheese. I especially love it on top of baked macaroni and cheese almost burnt. Almost burnt cheese is the best. Especially when its crispy. That is a little piece of heaven right there. That is what makes these cheese sticks so great. I am a sucker for some good cheese sticks and I thought of a simple way to make cheese sticks a little different and that is by making them buffalo style. Seriously, I’m not kidding, this is the easiest recipe you will find on my blog. It only requires 4 ingredients and an oven. You can handle that, right? These are great appetizers you can make in less than 15 minutes for the guys as they watch the game, sleepover, or just a random get together. Buffalo Cheese Sticks
- 1 lb. packaged mozzarella cheese sticks (string cheese)
- 3 c. bread crumbs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. Red Hot Sauce
- blue cheese dressing for dipping
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees and spray a baking sheet with non stick oil.
- Unwrap the mozzarella sticks. Roll the mozzarella sticks in the flour, then the hot sauce, and finally the bread crumbs. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
