Who said chicken can’t make good burgers?
This Chicken Burger Recipe California Style proves it.
We all know there’s nothing is like a beef burger. Some would say that a burger isn’t a burger if it isn’t from a cow. Usually I would say the same thing. I believe there is nothing like beef burger with a “whole bunch of stuff on it”. I love my burgers loaded with bacon, lettuce, cheese, something crunchy, pickles, and whatever else makes sense. I also love really hot French Fries on the side. If I am really feeling bad, I am also looking for a thick and milky milkshake (can’t really drink those the way I want to now). That is my go to meal for those days that I really want to cheat. But who says that you can’t cheat while being a little more health conscious? How about having all of those things you would have on a beef burger, on a chicken burger? This Chicken Burger recipe allows that to happen.
I know, I know ground chicken has absolutely no flavor or love. I find ground chicken to be a pointless part of existence to be honest. Ground chicken doesn’t have any flavor unless you give it flavor. Mostly because it has no fat, unlike ground beef. I found myself thinking, if I can make white rice taste good, I can make ground chicken taste good too. The best way I know how to do that is by making a chicken burger recipe. The key ingredient is “love”. I took some ground chicken and added a dry ranch seasoning packet for flavor; added some good cheese, bacon, and avocado…boy o boy. This burger is just as good as any beef burger. I guarantee you!
