Life and Sex After Baby- Podcast Episode #9
Life and sex after baby take on new form once you bring your little one home. Not only are you trying to bond with your baby, put the baby on a schedule, and trying to find time to sleep when you can, but you are also trying to find balance with your partner and careers. For me, after I had my baby, my husband and I had to learn how to adjust and make room for another person, which was not an easy task. I know, I am not the only woman and we are the not the only couple who had our issues once we brought our baby home.
To be honest, for the first 2-3 months after we had a sweet baby boy, there was an adjustment period for our husband and I. We were so used to being “two”, we now had to learn how to become “three” and that was not easy. Our daily schedules and things we did routinely had changed and I am not sure if we were really prepared for how our lives were going to change and how the sex after baby would change. There was definitely some changes and adjustments that we both had to make. Now, we have a steady routine and are still learning how to balance work, school, being a full-time blogger, and being parents.
In this podcast, I will share my perceptions and experiences of common issues women and couple may experience after they bring home a baby. In this podcast, you will hear me talk about how difficult it can be for women to bounce back after having a baby, post-partum depression, how men struggle with a new baby, and how your sex life can change. This podcast has a few colorful words, so please be aware of that if children are around. I do hope you enjoy this podcast episode!
