Peach Cobbler Bread….mmm yummy!
Peach Cobbler is an all-time favorite in my family. Everyone has their own favorite part of the cobbler. Some like the fruit, whipped cream, or the buttery crust. Me, I’m a crust girl. I love the crust with a hint of fruit served with ice cream. The filling can sometimes be too sweet for me. That is why the crust with a few peaches is perfect for me. That is where it’s at! In an effort of trying to be somewhat healthy, I do not eat peach cobbler often. I wish I could. In fact, I’m lucky to have it around the holidays.
I wanted to take the peach cobbler idea and turn into something that can be enjoyed all year round. Perhaps, you can have peach cobbler for breakfast. Well not literally, but with this bread the possibilities are endless. This is a perfect and easy bread to make for a brunch meal. What I thought was an original idea, came to surface as anything but not. Nevertheless, I still added my take on the bread. I made a whipped cream with a hint of the peach flavor to it. I guess you can say, I made peaches and cream a different way! Enjoy!Print
