Hello Lynne! I don’t have a creamy salad dressing on my site that I can recall. But, if I am looking for a healthy and light salad dressing I typically mix some olive oil, apple cider vinegar, a little dijon mustard, honey, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder and stir well and use that. I do this to taste but to give you some idea for measurements, try 3/4 c. olive oil, 1 1/2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar (any vinegar should be fine), 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/2 tbsp. dijon, add your seasonings to taste and maybe a dash of lemon juice (I forgot to mention). Let me know how that works for you.

Tried Carrot and cinnamon one last night with some baked meatballs (Lentils actually but don’t tell the kids) and it was delish. I made a double batch so we have some for lunch today. I added raw Broccoli and some pumpkin seeds to the salad for some more bulk and it was super yummy.
