4 Ingredient Brownies with Chocolate and Peanut Butter
Have I ever told you how much I love Ree Drummond?
These 4 ingredient brownies are seriously delicious!
Well let me tell you if you didn’t know, I love Ree Drummond! I actually had the extreme pleasure of meeting her last year at the 2014 Blog Her Conference in Miami. She is a pretty sweet lady. One thing that surprised me about her (which I don’t know why) was how down-to-earth she was. I guess when you see someone on T.V. you automatically consider them a celebrity in some aspects and the word celebrity carries a different connotation all together that hardy suggests that someone is down-to-earth. In this case Ree Drummond is a food blogger, photographer, and home schooler who just happens to have a T.V. show on the Food Network. That is one reason I love her. The other reason I love her is her recipe. I mean, talk about easy recipes! I think she has me beat in that department. Whenever I come across her show and I watch her make magic happen, I just sit back and think, “How come I didn’t come up with that?’ Do you know what I mean? She makes cooking look so easy.
About a week or so ago I was watching The Pioneer Woman and I saw her make 3 Ingredient Brownies. I think I was going to turn the channel but when I saw that recipe I couldn’t turn away. I had to check this out. All she did was take some jars of Nutella, added some eggs and flour and PRESTO! We have brownies. I was impressed! If you notice the title and the pictures, obviously, I decided to mimic her idea by creating my own. Instead of 3 Ingredients, I decided to add one more. I didn’t have Nutella but I did have Reese’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread in my cabinet. I set myself out on a mission to duplicate Ree’s efforts. I followed the same procedure except I add a bit more chocolate spread; therefore adding a smidget more of flour and 1 extra egg. What was my fourth ingredient? Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. I had to make them more decadent. These were so easy and amazing I can’t thank Ree enough. As always, she comes through with something so magical and so delicious, you can’t believe it required hardly any effort!
Thanks Ree!
