Made with Hamilton Beach® Air Fryer, these Cilantro Lime Air Fryer Chicken Wings are nothing short of amazing and perfectly crispy!
Before I came up with this gem of a recipe, I decided to try a few other recipes first. So I made chicken a few times and onions to check the crispy air quality of these dishes. Both times, honestly, I was pleasantly surprised! I couldn’t believe how my chicken had a crunch to it without deep frying it and how my Onion Rings came out perfectly crispy and golden. I had to come up with a recipe that was perfect for the Air Fryer and the spring.
How I made these Cilantro Lime Air Fryer Chicken Wings
This recipe is quite simple and it can be used if you decide to bake or put on the grill. I started off making a very simple marinade with the use of olive oil, minced garlic cloves, thyme, a half of a lime, 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped cilantro, and salt and pepper. That’s it! I put my chicken wings in a bag, stirred all of the marinade ingredients together, and poured it in my bag of chicken. You can let this sit overnight or allow to sit for, at least, 30 minutes at room temperature.
My husband is really trying to watch his weight. In fact, I tease him about having the entire house on a diet. He is eating very lean and clean, but he still has a craving for his favorite food in the whole entire world. CHICKEN WINGS. This man can eat Buffalo Chicken Wings several times a week and will never get tired of them. He loves them that much. Well thanks to Hamilton Beach Air Fryer, he can have them whenever he wants and doesn’t have to feel guilty. He still gets that crispness from the wings he would get at a bar and the flavor is amazing!
