This garlic spread recipe is very easy and you only need one tool to make it. As long as you have the ingredients, all you need is a food processor. You will simply add the butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, and basil. - 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 5 garlic cloves
- ½ c. parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp. fresh oregano
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Italian or French Bread for spreading
- In a food processor, pulse to mince the garlic, oregano, and basil. Add the butter, cheese, salt
andpepper and blend until smoothed together. Spread on desired bread and place in a preheatoven on350 degrees for 12 minutes and enjoy. Store in the refrigerator.
