Description
Whip up these easy and delicious peanut butter chocolate cookie bars with just a few ingredients and minimal prep time. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth quickly!
Ingredients
- 1 7.2 oz. package peanut butter cookie mix (including the required ingredients)
- 1 1/2 c. milk chocolate chocolate chips, melted
- 1 1/4 c. peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1 c. peanut butter candies, crushed
- 1/2 c. salted peanuts, crushed
- 1/2 c. peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 9X13 baking dish, line with parchment paper, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add the peanut butter cookie mix. Then, add the required ingredients one by one (for me, it was an egg, oil, and water).
- Use a wooden spoon or a handheld mixer to stir the ingredients into the mix until a dough forms. Gently press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the spray baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes and until slightly golden. Immediately, add the chocolate across the baked peanut butter crust and let sit for 5 minutes. Spread the chocolate across the peanut butter crust as it should have melted.
- Immediately, evenly across the melted chocolate, sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups, peanut butter candies, salted peanuts, and peanut butter chips. Gently press the ingredients into the chocolate to set into it. Allow to set completely at least 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
