This is doing nothing for my bread addiction.
We all have that thing that we are addicted to when it come to our diet. For some people it is French Fries, cakes, cookies, pie, burgers, bread, or, in my case, all of the above. For the most part, I can step away from just about anything except bread. Especially warm bread with butter. Not sandwich bread, but freshly baked bread and butter is my weakness. Especially if there is a good soup or something to dip it into. I am in heaven. Oh! I also love having some good bread with any Italian dish because I like to run the bread behind the sauce. Man o man, that is a good time. I can sense that you might feel the same way I do. Therefore, I have done you a favor. I made it so you can have bread all the time that is good and yummy. We can be happy with bread together…forever!
All you have to do is make this garlic spread, keep you some bread at the house, and whenever you are in need of a fix just go ahead and spread some of that butter on a piece of bread and go nuts. Now you don’t have to wait until you have a special meal or go out to eat to enjoy some good garlic bread. You can make as much of this as you want. I don’t care what you do. I just want you to be happy. Wait, it sounds like I am endorsing you to be unhealthy and I am not. But I am here to endorse happiness. And sometimes, unhealthy food options makes us happy. Guess what, that is okay. I say go for it. Just do it in moderation peeps.
