As the weather heats up, you don’t want to spend your time in front of the heat from an oven. I have an awesome and very easy No Bake Banana Pudding Parfaits recipe that will make your life easier this summer.
What’s in these No Bake Banana Pudding Parfaits?
Just like your Classic Banana Pudding recipe, there’s pudding, bananas, vanilla wafers, and whipped cream. However, to make these parfaits more special and delicious, I added pieces of loaf cake as a layer and I am so glad I did. Having the layers of cake, vanilla wafers, pudding, and fresh bananas makes the perfect no-bake dessert to enjoy on a warm day. If you want to get extra fancy, instead of using instant pudding, you can make homemade vanilla custard for extra decadence and flavor.
