As the weather heats up, you don’t want to spend your time in front of the heat from an oven. I have an awesome and very easy No Bake Banana Pudding Parfaits recipe that will make your life easier this summer.
What’s in these No Bake Banana Pudding Parfaits?
Just like your Classic Banana Pudding recipe, there’s pudding, bananas, vanilla wafers, and whipped cream. However, to make these parfaits more special and delicious, I added pieces of loaf cake as a layer and I am so glad I did. Having the layers of cake, vanilla wafers, pudding, and fresh bananas makes the perfect no-bake dessert to enjoy on a warm day. If you want to get extra fancy, instead of using instant pudding, you can make homemade vanilla custard for extra decadence and flavor.

- Using a large mixing bowl, add the vanilla instant pudding mix and pour over with cold milk. Whisk until well mixed and allow to sit to thicken.
- Crumble the loaf cake into large crumbs and set aside. Begin to layer the jars starting with the cake crumbles on the bottom, about ⅛ cup; then spoon two tablespoons of vanilla pudding on top of the cake. Add the bananas on top of the first layer of pudding and vanilla wafers, and then more pudding and repeat until the jars are about ¾ full. Finally, top off with a dollop of whipped cream.
