As previously mentioned, these parfaits are quick and easy. You start off by making a cheesecake mixture that consists of cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. That’s it! I also added some lemon zest and a touch of vanilla extract to add some flavor to the mixture. Then, I layered with some crushed shortbread cookies and store-bought lemon curd.
